Croissant Quest: Best Croissants in Seattle 🥐

Croissant Quest: Best Croissants in Seattle 🥐

Ever since taking a croissant making class in Paris, I have found myself craving croissants. And so, I decided to embark on a journey (nay: quest) to to find the best croissants in Seattle. I visited almost 20 bakeries in Seattle, and here are the best spots to grab a croissant with my personal favorite marked with a 🤎. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

👉 You can find a map of all of the places I visited here so you can embark on your very own Croissant Quest 👈

  • 🤎 Fresh Flours - Candidly, I stopped my quest momentarily because I had Fresh Flour's croissants and immediately knew they were my favorite. They are consistently baked to perfection and are of the same quality of croissants I had in Paris. Plus, the coffee and wide variety of other pastries here are equally delicious. You can find Fresh Flour locations throughout the city in Beacon Hill, Phinney Ridge, South Lake Union, and West Seattle.
  • Flora Bakehouse - Two words: rooftop croissants. Flora Bakehouse is a sun-filled cafe nestled in Beacon Hill that has a beautiful rooftop that's open year round. I enjoyed the experience and design of this bakery just as much as I enjoyed their croissants.
  • La Parisienne French Bakery - A close second on my list! Walking into the store you're immediately transported to Paris - the design and feel of the space and the boast-worthy croissants. Eager to come back to try more of their sweet treats - and get another croissant!
  • Petit Pierre Bakery - Think French imported ingredients paired with seasonal Pacific Northwest delicacies. This was one of the first places I tried and was delighted by the quality of the ingredients they use in their pastries and the variety of croissants they offered. I'm still thinking about the hazlenut croissant I enjoyed at their Phinney location.

Enjoy exploring all the different bakeries throughout Seattle, and let me know what spot is your favorite 🥐
